I thought this was a very powerful message from @NIUCoachHammock. (For context, this was his response when asked how he feels seeing old NIU players performing at Power 4 schools.) I know he stopped himself from saying that if NIU had the financial resources these Power 4 schools have, it would be a better program. Unfourntly, this is true.
