@RomeovilleKid It comes down to this. AR wasn't able to run the offense Shane wanted and he ran out of patience with his lack of progression in that department. Fair? That is debatable, but Shane has received as much criticism as Richardson this year.

@EllenburgSam @RomeovilleKid This would be the way to go. Sit him down, tell him the problem, let him refocus on this stuff and then give him a real shot at the job next year. The issue is right now, experience isn't teaching him anything. There has been no progression.

@RomeovilleKid My “hot” take is that AR needs an offseason to work on all things QB, especially improvement on mechanics and accuracy/ball placement, as much if not more than pure snaps. Snaps don’t mean as much if you’re so raw and poor mechanically. Never got to do that last offseason
