About two years ago, I went to a job interview. The interviewers were two fat black women and a gay black man. Ninety percent of the interview focused on how my role would emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and how to filter out prospective white applicants. This is normal, acceptable language and practice in every midsize to large workplace in the Western world. Ma'am, with all due respect, your community has been handed the keys to the proverbial kingdom through racial prejudice, and yet you still bitch and moan while murdering each other at an exorbitant rate, aborting your own children, and then blaming the great white devil for your short comings, people are fed up. Your side of the street needs to be cleaned.
