@jaywillis @mjs_DC I guess I just see this as not an inherently destructive case that abandons some higher principle. Maybe law schools shouldn’t be in this game at all— I’m amenable to that idea— I’m just not particularly bothered by *this* case. Maybe it’s just a framing thing for me.

@mjs_DC @jaywillis Honest question. Is the theory nuts? If the facts as alleged are true, isn’t this consistent with Title VII doctrine about protecting individuals and not groups? Maybe she has no case at all and is an unsympathetic client, but the law shouldn’t foreclose this, I don’t think?
