@jbensonphysio Did I miss this weeks Monday muscles? Maybe it was occipitalis minor, pyramidalis, sternalis, plantaris or palmaris longus and was never even there for some of us???

My son had the idea of us doing a weekly ‘Monday Muscles’, so here is the first one 😊💪👋
