🇵🇰🇺🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱 Pakistan found out Israel was about to kill the 2 Iranian guys the U.S. was literally in the middle of talking to.
Trump told Israel don't do it.
Then bombs dropped right next to the Pakistani ambassador's building in Iran.
Pakistani intelligence got word that Israel was planning to take out Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and Parliamentary Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the 2 officials the U.S. was actively doing nuclear talks with. Pakistan took it straight to the top. Trump told Israel to back off.
Then not long after, Israeli strikes hit buildings in Iran right next to where the Pakistani diplomats are staying.
No one is calling it intentional. But come on. That is a lot to call a coincidence.
Trump said leave my guys alone. And Israel may have gone after the people who snitched instead.
What kind of alliance is that?

🇺🇳 The UN Security Council votes this morning on a resolution authorizing military force to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. The resolution was drafted by Bahrain and has the support of Gulf Arab states. It would give countries legal cover to use force to restore free shipping through the strait. One problem: China and Russia both have veto power. The initial resolution drafted by Bahrain was revised for this reason. We’ll see what happens at 10 a.m. Source: NYT

🇮🇷 Iran is calling for an emergency UNESCO meeting after U.S.-Israeli strikes damaged some of the world's most protected heritage sites.
The sites most likely on the damage list: Golestan Palace in Tehran, Chehel Sotoun Palace in Isfahan, the 1,000-year-old Jameh Mosque, and prehistoric cave sites in Khorramabad.
