Thursday gym “workout C” as I didn’t go yesterday on wife’s orders. Switched out a cable rear delt fly for sideways single arm rear delt. Tales from the gym: Leg day 🦵🔥. PR on leg press 607lbs. Felt it in my back a bit after I got up. Struggled on abs again. Strong on the rest. Good night's sleep, creatine and vitamins made for the perfect workout. Crappy weather today brought the people in I guess. Maybe people took yesterday off with the March break. Some new talent in. Starting the weeks gym rotation off right. 3 of 4 of the usual talents. Fairly busy this morning. Close grip bench had me going pretty heavy (200+) and to failure. Definitely haven’t seen that weight for that variant before. Back to the home gym after a quick 5 hour nap once I got home. 😂 Started off the routine with 55lb shoulder press (after warmup sets). Girl next door's boyfriend was on the bench next to me barely dumbbell benching the same weight I was shoulder pressing. I made sure to have good form and do it effortlessly. That way he knows I can lift his lady above my head while he can barely bench her. 😈 Rest of the workout was good. Tuesday gym. Morning meetings and work and then travel to DC for the night. Hilton hotels gym tomorrow morning. Will get as close to my prescribed “Workout C” as I can with what equipment is available. Back to home gym on Thursday.
