@dijoni Nah!!! That’s just wrong he was down after being stunned. The kneeing and kicking was unnecessary then the slaps to the face while handcuff. Lawsuit I’ve seen a some cops use techniques to subdue a suspect without doing all of that.🤦🏾‍♂️
