We need to make it unambiguously more rational to stay home and build your own country than to break into ours and drain resources from American communities. Billions sent abroad mean lost wages, higher housing costs, strained schools, and overburdened services right here in Utah and across the nation. I will co-sponsor the strongest possible companion legislation in the House, fight to bring bold versions to the floor, and work tirelessly with allies like Senator Schmitt until we pass real deterrence; no amnesty, no half-measures, and no more subsidizing the invasion at the expense of American citizens.
