@Jakobinka @petra_j_ @Nejc_R Lahko mu je uspelo narediti APP ki se je pač prodala v miljonih. Lahko je čisto enostaven app, recimo takšen s katerim "prdiš" in se zdi to dovolj velikemu številu ljudi zabavno, da odrinejo $ ali dva. Sedaj bo pa z tem gredil naprej, recimo.

Love how Peter basically turns into me 2 months after I wrote the terminal renderer for Vibetunnel and came to the exact same conclusion.
Ink (the React TUI framework) is very nice to use, but the rendering itself leaves a lot to be desired in terms of efficiency.

Why is terminal replaying slow? Because of all terminal apps, Claude is just THE WORST. Look at the content it produces, and most of it is just re-rendering the whole bottom part of ther term to render the ✨ anim. Yes there's totally commands to jump to a specific position in the term and no, dumb Terminal React just re-renders everything. Summary for session fwd_1753634788538: - File size on disk: 1,117,591,782 bytes (1.0 GB) - Last clear position: 1,112,701,882 bytes - Effective size after pruning: 4,889,900 bytes (~4.7 MB) Guess I like arcane shit. As PDF got boring I found me calling in understanding VT100 ANSI escape codes.

The best feedback I ever got: "Your design looks like you're trying to impress other designers." Translation: It was "pretty" without utility. Hurt like hell. Changed everything. Now I always design for the user.

@badlogicgames Folks that work on apps in the main monorepo or managed to use Gradle for their code pieces have found quite a bit of use for it.

@badlogicgames Not special integration, more like - our builds are slow (thanks Soong) so the agentic approach doesn't work well. Our codebase is huge, so the tools keep being stuck walking through too much of a directory tree. Things like that.

OMG they actually made it OSS! Friendship with Claude Code has ended, Gemini CLI is new best friend.
(I am aware that we still all depend on humongous corps to provide the actual models an infra and we're basically fucked. Alas, let's enjoy it while it lasts)
