At Morton, the emphasis is to put academics first. In the middle of our game today, Jada had a Zoom conference with a professor. She took her laptop out of the dugout and took the meeting she agreed to with her professor. At Morton, academics are the priority. Proud of you Jada.

I was scrolling Facebook when I saw this pic. The respect and pride my grandson MJ displayed towards the Flag and the Anthem gave me goosebumps. My son Mike Goranson has done a great job teaching MJ something so simple yet so important. Proud of you, MJ, and Mike.
