It is easy to be a great teammate on the first day of training camp. It is easy to be a great teammate when you are winning and have the role you want within the program. Who can be a great teammate on the heels of a couple losses, when they are not feeling 100%, and when they are not in the rotation? Being successful requires doing things that can be tough and unglamorous. They are worth it though.
