as a child i was forcefed by my grandma bcs she was obese herself n found my thinness disgusting, it was a sabotage on me.. i struggle to recognise if im full bcs of it now n i became severely obese 😢 ive removed her from my life but these things r so so so difficult to escape

@jillysaurusrex I'm sorry to break the news but they aren't 91c💔 noodles are supposed to be weighed after they're cooked, so 100g of cooked noodles is 91calories. when they're prepared they're like 500g, so 454 calories
