@regencrypto Agree that a lot is missing from traditional psychotherapy. I just meant we can't bypass trauma...not individual or collective and i see many people want to bypass the collective trauma. However, we also lack tools like you mention...ceremony, etc...to effectively move thru it

@jleepera psychotherapy frameworks for recognizing trauma are important + valid. respect for those evolving this field by melding wisdom traditions, initiation and ceremony to enliven and heal. we need to be energised to evolve from the culture that institutionalised trauma

stop calling it trauma and get out of victim consciousness. its your wound, and its the catalyst to awakening your unique gift that we are thirsting for

@regencrypto You can recognize trauma and not be in victim consciousnes. Trauma is way more complex than this. I think a lot of people who write things like this just want to bypass the change required to change the social structures that have led to a lot trauma.

@0xCaryn An underappreciated specialty. I'm a generalist and yes, it's a harder route professionally as you constantly have to build back up again and show your worth if you switch industries, but I've found that employers, employees & collaborators see the benefit once they work with me.

When I shared my variety of interests with someone, they said “so you struggle with commitment?” It made me pause and wonder if we are people with commitment phobia or if being a generalist is an under-appreciated speciality in and of itself Hoping the latter but thoughts?
