@Shadow007US Lord we ask that you stand up against birthright citizenship and convict all SCOTUS to rule against it. Drive out the corruption in our Land and help We the People who love our country to govern. Asking in the Name of Jesus Christ. Thank you for answering our prayers of faith.
🚨 BREAKING: 🚨 Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett were reportedly spotted in Washington, DC DINING WITH the leaders and lawyers of prominent immigrant and civil rights organizations, including parties to the "birthright citizenship" case that is currently being argued before the high court. This comes as speculation has been growing that Roberts and ACB may be personally and financially compromised and working at the behest of the anti-Trump weaponized judiciary. The federal judiciary is working to actively undermine the will of the American people by SABOTAGING the agenda of the President that 80+ million of us elected. It is seriously time for President Trump to start DISOBEYING court orders because these radical left activists posing as judges have gone ROGUE and are engaging in ILLEGAL AND TREASONOUS ACTS with no means of being held accountable. He has an army... THEY don't!
@KnottyNickers23@Shadow007US You were singing their fucking praises when they overturned Roe v. Wade. I guess that’s what you get if you’re a one issue voter
@Elevate_Joy@Shadow007US So you’re praying to Jesus to ask him to tell the court to rule against some of the most vulnerable of his children? Interesting.
@LangmanVince Wait. I thought Hillary let four Americans die. Did I miss a memo? Where were the closest special forces units? Italy or Djibouti? And you don’t count them marines in Tripoli because they were in charge of protecting the embassy.
Barrack Obama let four America's die in Benghazi because he was to big of a coward to send in special forces to rescue them.
Joe Biden left four America's in space when he left office because he's a heartless SOB
Thank God President Trump is in the White House today
@TweetHearts72@AntonioSabatoJr Triple the speed? You’re an idiot. Same escape velocity but this is a free return orbit, not an orbital insertion. So it’s farthest point from earth, the spacecraft is doing about 1750 mph which is about half the speed that Apollo 11 was going when it entered lunar orbit.
@AntonioSabatoJr Good point. In a real beater of a rocket. We got triple the speed now. Lmao. Uncovering flaws left and right! They never went to the moon.
@ToddHallidy@Laurence5905@AntonioSabatoJr@EllisWa38451751 Artemis is on a free return orbit where its lowest speed will be around 1770 mph. Apollo 11 was doing closer to 3600 mph when it entered lunar orbit. Artemis is using a free return orbit.
@Laurence5905@AntonioSabatoJr@EllisWa38451751 It took right around 3 days back then, and the Saturn V booster has nothing to do with the transit speed. Both Apollo & Artemis used an upper stage burn to hit 24,000/mph (escape velocity). Artemis is using a more looping trajectory, 3 days 18 hours from the burn to the flyby.
@MSamenfink@AntonioSabatoJr And the spacecraft is going considerably slower at the end of its journey than Apollo 11 was going when it entered lunar orbit. 3500 mph versus 1700 mph. Apollo was on a lunar insertion orbit whereas this is a free return orbit.
@AntonioSabatoJr I was going to sass you but then I remembered to be kind. The reason is that the engine being used burns different fuel in different amounts with a different output to escape gravity in order to carry more weight the distance to the moon.
@mrddmia IF SCOTUS gives away our birthright to citizenship to Chinese birth tourists, invaders illegally squatting in the U.S. to drop anchor babies, & foreign terrorists who come to take over our country, SCOTUS has lost all credibility & bear responsibility for destroying the U.S.
The Supreme Court will torch its legitimacy if/when it hands out birthright citizenship to Chinese birth tourists.
No question.
And legitimacy is all the Court has.
Let’s hope the Republican justices value our nation’s sovereignty more than their own vanity.
I’m not hopeful.
I'm not hopeful either, Mike, but the question remains is it their job?
I would argue the House and the Senate are responsible for passing laws that have teeth and they never actually get anything done.
That forces the Supreme Court to make laws, or the president to issue executive orders which can simply be tossed by the next president.
While I find this whole birthright citizenship thing to be horrible, it could easily be fixed if the House and Senate would clarify it, but we all know that will never ever happen.
They will continue sitting on their hands and blame everybody else.
Reminder: Bill Clinton left our boys hanging in Somalia.
Obama left them hanging in Libya.
Biden left them hanging in Afghanistan.
There isn’t a foul enough word to describe a CinC who does that.
@Jcgh1w@WorkElizab And slowing down more. Lowest speed is z1770 mph for the free return trajectory. Apollo 11 was still going about 3500 mph when it entered lunar
@albonn2@WorkElizab Because if it’s going 25,000 mph when it gets to the moon, it’ll just keep going into space. The earths gravity slows it down to the point where it can be effectively captured by the moon’s gravity and sent back. This is a “ free return” trajectory. Lowest speed is 1770 mph
@WorkElizab A space ship moving at 25,000 miles an hour toward the moon that’s 250,000 miles away? I’m no scientist but seems like it could be there in 10 hours.
@jmforge1@thevivafrei That’s because they’re not viable. 18 U.S.C. § 5003 is a contractual process between the states and the Feds. They cannot take possession of a prisoner the state does not wish to transfer. And she’s not in physical danger.
Tina Peters’s conviction was upheld.
The court of appeal concluded, however, that her sentence was improper because the judge wrongly considered her free speech as an aggravating factor for sentencing.
Remanded for sentencing.
When does the DOJ get involved to free Tina Peters?
The fucking jews destroyed America.
The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 (Hart-Celler Act) abolished the national-origins quota system that had restricted non-European immigration for decades.
Signed by President Johnson, it shifted policy toward family reunification and skilled labor, dramatically altering the U.S. demographic makeup, increasing immigration from Asia and Latin America.
We will never be the same again.
@AmoneyResists The long and the short of it is that without those 43,000 votes in WI, GA, AZ, he would've lost.
That's the system we have. I hate it, but it is what it is.
The same thing happened in Australia at about the same time. We had the White Australia policy which was enacted in 1901 at the time of federation. It aimed to establish and maintain a homogeneous British European population. This policy was the foundational vision of the nation’s founders, who sought to preserve the cultural, social, and ethnic character of Australia as an outpost of Western Christian civilisation in the Southern Hemisphere.
The policy wasn’t just about immigration, it was an attempt to avoid the internal fractiousness and social instability that the Australian founders observed in racially heterogeneous societies. They believed rightfully that a nation’s strength and internal harmony relied on a shared heritage, common language, and consistent cultural values.
The formal end of the policy in 1973 marked a profound turning point in Australian history.
We were forced to embrace multiculturalism which was always destined to become a destructive failed experiment. The dissolution of this policy has led to the same types of social atomisation and loss of national cohesion currently being experienced right across the Western world.
