Well, what can I say? I can’t believe that I’ve achieved so much in 2023 though I’m not near my target goal but I’m still proud of how far I’ve come. I don’t have much to say but I hope these images should be able pass the message on.

@_showmandem @GeorgeAnagli The problem is, you will need a stuttering evaluation/assessment to determine what intervention plan will work for you. If you can, reach out to the Ghana Stammering Association. They have lots of free resources available. Hope this helps.

In the video, it is observed that the therapist used the honey to assess the child’s tongue movements (her ability to manipulate food or liquid within her mouth). From my perspective, this could be part of an orofacial examination.

It surprises me how the speech therapy field is so undermined. I tell people about the field and they seemed less concerned. We play a huge role in people’s lives, from birth through to adulthood .
