@Rainmaker1973 Problem with this logic. Russia was deterred because they knew how prepared ($10T 1945-1990) the US was. This is regardless of some hypothetical percent chance that the U.S. gave to an invasion. Global Warming is not human psychology and therefore not deterred like a Russia.
