I was moved to tears when I heard this had happened, & again listening today. This will help so many families impacted by #CHD. We thought we were going on to talk about @tinytickers work & the original grant - what an utterly fabulous surprise! Thank you so much @thisisheart! ❤️

Here's me pointing randomly above my head to help spread awareness of #CHD this #HeartWeek... Seriously though, it always surprises me how little awareness there is of heart defects, so the more we can do at @tinytickers to spread a bit of knowledge, the better. ❤️

We're been sharing questions ahead of job interviews at @tinytickers for a few years now, as have many other small charities I know. I love it, and we've received nothing but positive feedback from candidates. Glad to see large charities giving it a go too...

@Skipinder @InnovationMatt We've recently started using Hypercontext - meeting agendas, next steps, live notes in meetings, automated minutes etc. One positive for us is notes can be added beforehand so cuts meeting time hugely. Also great for one-to-ones. Early days but so far, so good.
