@RobertKennedyJc I do olive oil and avocado as much as possible, but occasionally this mayo. It isn’t ideal, but occasionally pick my battles given the small amount of canola and cane sugar for 1 TBSP portion I use. My sugar and oils other than olive are pretty low to none the rest of the time.

Do you still use mayonnaise? Mayo used to be made with olive oil healthy, traditional, Mediterranean gold. Then Big Food switched to cheap seed oils loaded with inflammatory omega-6s. Now it's poisoning Americans, fueling obesity & chronic disease. Ditch the mayo! MAHA

A short nap (20-30 mins) can improve memory, focus, and even strengthen the immune system. If you feel guilty about naps—don’t. Science says they’re productive. Not all habits deserve a “bad” label—it’s about balance.

Not all bad habits are bad. Procrastination? Some perform better under pressure. Coffee? May lower type 2 diabetes risk. Dark chocolate? Supports heart health. Naps? Boost focus & immunity. Let’s break these down. 🧵👇

5/ So maybe the real issue isn’t self-esteem, but how we define and protect self-worth. What do you think?

4/ Instead of ignoring it, they may lash out to protect their identity, even in ambiguous situations. Their self-esteem isn’t low—it’s unstable.

AI is changing how young people connect—with both real people & technology. AI companion bots offer support, but they also raise concerns: privacy, emotional dependency & misinformation. I spoke with ACM about these risks & benefits. 🧵👇

@JonLemire “It was taken out of context” is always true, no matter which party’s representative is doing damage control. How about as a solution, instead of just saying “It was taken out of context,” and therefore it’s being misinterpreted, they always give us the context too? Glad you did

@FreeRangeKids @DrCamiloOrtiz @reason Agreed It's confusing as to what lawmakers prioritize. I haven't seen the data on the deleterious effects of Drag shows on children. But spending political capital, time, & energy now to protect children on that instead of what can be done to address the #UvaldeMassacre seems odd.

Even if you think it's a terrible idea to take kids to a drag show, it is a WORSE idea to open a Child Protective Services investigation on the families who do. My piece, @Reason. reason.com/2022/06/10/dra…
