A point I made in the Sherman lecture last week is that the next carotid RCT should "move beyond stenosis only" and include vessel wall imaging. Predicting stroke risk is more accurate when you combine both. Working on this with colleagues! @lucasabaITA @jsongmd @hoomankamel
