Hi all, I haven’t been on Twitter for a number of days. I am having a break from social media. The bullying and angst I experience on SM is not congruent for best mental health practice at present. It has also escalated as I suspect it has for many others. Just an important note, however. There has been a private message circulating on Twitter to users from people they apparently “know”. Do NOT press on the link. A couple of my friends have pressed on the link and have had their accounts hacked and taken over by someone else. One of the accounts was Rick’s. I hope we are able to get it back for him. Details of the message hack are below. Please delete these messages. I have my suspicions but will keep them to myself at present.
