I’m sorry but your statement is blatantly false. Economists do not even separate reserves from government spending when they want to assess a country. The real issue is whether reserve growth is sustainable and what is driving it, not simply whether reserves have increased.

My neighbor was kidnapped on his way to Abuja. He was shot in both legs and left to suffer without treatment for four days.
