Purposefully turning off the halftime show Let’s rally together and show big corporations they can’t just do whatever they want without consequences (which equals viewership for them) You are their benefit. Realize you have power. Turn off this halftime. A fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America. I cannot support that.

Not sure of next steps after this. I learned a lot about my self and competition the last two months. Many lessons learned, I think biggest is reinforcing importance of mental, and making sure you play a strong character that fits you. I think I was close to qualifying and beat several qualified players in tourney, but this game feels so volatile that I think luck plays a part as well, and I did not have great luck, like other strong competitors as well. Of course, the real goal is to get better to mitigate the luck. I also need to practice way more, I think it is almost impossible to do content / compete and qualify / work all at the same time. I don’t think I can do all 3 ever again. Even two is very hard, the competition is so high that it really demands a lot of attention. Both my content and job suffered a bit over last 2 months because of how much attention competition requires. The mental energy I would use to think of video ideas or work solutions instead is refocused into how to improve at COTW I really enjoy playing fatal fury, this game is peak when you play it at high level. But it is very difficult to make content for it due to low popularity, and I am very spread thin as it is, so I need time to think about whether I’ll still compete in this or not. I also miss SF6 and want to grind HxH as well when it comes out and 2xko ofc But I think first I need rest, I have a lot of job / IRL responsibilities that I have put on hold to grind the game and need a break to catch up.
