Must read this before buying funded account from @thefundedroom by @thetraderoom_ I am not new to this space. I have purchased 20+ funded accounts across different prop firms over the past 4 years, so I understand how these platforms work. I have a lot of respect for Mayank Bhai and watch his streams regularly. and learned many things from him. but I need to share my experience honestly. I bought a funded account from Funded Room on 9th March and started trading shortly after. What followed was a series of platform malfunctions that directly caused account breach 1 /Phantom Position Openings When placing orders, the platform would show a loading screen indefinitely with no confirmation. Assuming the order failed, I'd refresh and wait only to later discover the position had actually opened without showing up in my interface. By the time I checked the order book, I was already sitting on $70–80 losses from trades I didn't know were active. This happened multiple times, including instances where larger or incorrect position sizes were opened without my knowledge. 2/ Stop Loss Not Functioning SL slippage in fast moving markets is understandable. But stop losses were skipping in stable market conditions too which is not normal. This isn't happened with me only, multiple friends have reported the same issue. A well known trader's intern from the Trader Paradise YouTube channel also experienced this. I have a clip check the comments. 3/ No Customer Support Available Initially, support channels were pinned in the Trade Room and Funded Room Telegram. A few days later, all of them were removed. The only option on the website is an AI chatbot. I submitted my query on 13th March no response till now . I requested support two time on in afternoon and another at night but didn't get any support Screenshot attached below What I am Requesting > A full refund for the first account that was breached due to platform malfunction, not a reset because i already purchased a second account. > An urgent fix for the SL lagging issue > Proper human support for all I'm raising this publicly because I want this resolved and because others deserve to know before they buy. my registered email: vikashfxchallenge@gmail.com I know you are not running a charity here, but at least give us a fair playing field.
