@JebusMcMuffin Link Between Worlds is my favorite 2D-style Zelda.

@kakeraverse Skyward Sword is severely underrated; the world building and character arcs are actually engaging, the dungeons are very well designed and although repetitive sometimes, it's always fun. Actual peak Zelda is A Link Between Worlds though, which came out after all of those.

I haven't played Skyward Sword yet but I have feeling OOT through TP is peak Zelda.

@CriteriaGawr I wouldn't be surprised if there's already vibe coded video games that uses pre-made assets.

What do you actually need to make a game? Can you just ask Claude in a phone app to make you games based on your profile with minimal prompting or do you need to learn prompting as a skill before you go? And learn basic coding?

@kakeraverse It's true. I can't play Skyward Sword properly because I'm left-handed and the last time I tried I accidentally threw my wiimote at the wall because my right hand is flimsy

This might be a bad take, but I'm kinda sick of cel shaders in games. Wind Waker did it best I feel but that was entirely baked shading into the textures rather than a cel shader if I'm not mistaken. Guilty Gear Xrd also looks very good but I just don't like it in most cases
