A5: I think students are pretty well versed in using devices to film and trimming video clips, especially if they are TikTokers or YouTubers. In my opinion, it is the school staff that need the training on how to do these things. #utedchat

A4: One of our amazing science teachers has a student doing a stop motion video instead of a slides presentation in her biology class. I can’t wait to see how it turns out. #utedchat

@Darling_Math UT teachers have a lot of the software tech free at their fingertips with USBE's articulation with Adobe. Utah Film Center teaches professional development where you learn to do the work with little to no cost, and we teach you how to time out the project! #utedchat

@mrstowner9 I didn’t even think about privacy policies and laws. Good call! That would definitely be a thing to worry about.

Q2: There are so many benefits to students completing authentic assessments over writing papers. They are still practicing that skill by writing a script, but get to be creative and share their learning with a bigger audience. #utedchat
