💥Turn Back Whip Drill💥 This is one of my favorite ways to expose whether a hitter is truly turning or just lunging and throwing the hands. After contact, whip the barrel back. If your hitter is: Turning her lower half✅ Staying behind her front hip✅ Controlling her front side✅ .. then the bat will whip back fast and tight! If she is: Leaking forward❌ Rushing her load❌ Collapsing onto the front side❌ …then the whip back becomes slow, long, and disconnected.
