@JackMeoff781 @Ferns7Amanda Former lawyer here (and 100% FKR). Most jurisdictions have financial thresholds that determine which court will hear the case. Without looking at MA law, my guess is 50k might be the threshold to keep it out of a small claims court type-proceeding.
