I don’t post here very often anymore because the conversation is so warped, rude, distorted and angry all the time that it feels pointless to me. Fight like hell at the ballot box against policies you disagree with - that’s America. Speak up. But the culture of constant keyboard warrior nastiness is making us worse, not better.

VP Harris did a lot very well last night, but one of the ways she helped herself the most was by looking strong and, crucially, making Trump look weak. It is a *little* weird that "age concerns" have disappeared as a constant focus of campaign reporting and discussion even though the GOP nominee would be the oldest man ever sworn in to the office and is very obviously sharply declining before our eyes.
