Staying consistent in the gym has literally saved my life. Now I need to fix my diet

I used to be on twitter so much. Now that it’s been X for awhile I forget to even check it 🫠

I also just ate 3mini blueberry scones after a solid nap 😂

Sunday is still my favorite day of the week. Even if I’m feeling a bit sad today. I have a lot of good stuff going on that I’m so thankful for 😌

When I see people on social media crying about their “no contact” and it’s like 36days and I’m like THIS GRIEF BETTER NOT LAST THAT LONG 😭 *taking my ass straight to the gym

It’s so weird and kinda sad that you never really know when the last time you’ll talk, hug or have any interaction with someone. Whether it’s just bc y’all don’t talk anymore or death
