"If only I bought" / "If only I held" thinking is harmful. This market rally is NOT tradeable on shorter timeframes if, like me, you're trading reversals. If you're a trend-follower, however (looking at you, Oliver Velez gang), you've been served perfect "narrow state" breakout setups at the open for three days in a row now.

My last $TQQQ trade was at 9:05 on April 13th. I have not gone this long without placing a trade since February 9th.

Almost started buying $TQQQ at $53.05 this morning--all entry rules were met--but hesitated after taking another look at how much the price ran over last 2 days. :( Am I suffering from anchoring bias?

@UnotheInvestor $1,500/share would be the value of the Robotaxi business, not the whole of Tesla... but you get it my reasoning, right?

Here's how I see it. The value of a company is the present value of all its future expected cash flows. $TSLA's cash flows from selling EVs are pitiful, but $TSLA's cash flows from autonomy/robotics are quite something else. To keep things simple, let's assume that Tesla's all existing businesses are really worth, oh, $50/share (and that's being generous). However, if the cybercab is a success, the fair value of Tesla will be, let's say, $1,500/share, based on the absolutely wild, albeit debatable, economics of the cybercab. If the probability of cybercab success is 20%, then the premium you're paying for the cybercab optionality is $1,500 x 20% = $300 on top of what the company's current businesses are worth.

$TSLA is trading at 324x earnings right now. Not 30x like $AAPL. Not 20x like $GOOGL. 324x. And for that premium you get: Missed deliveries, 50,000 unsold cars. Europe down 49%. Revenue shrinking. Down 22% YTD while the market hits all time highs. You’re not investing. You’re donating. What am I missing?

No buy orders on $TQQQ. I want to see a pullback to $51 before thinking about entering. Have a good night, everyone!

P/L update. My lead over $SPX is narrowing today. :( Hope to see a buyable dip in $TQQQ soon.

I prefer the 5m before 11am, but will switch to 1m as my primary timeframe between 11:30am and 3:00pm. I also monitor other timeframes in search for entry/exit signals that coincide on multiple timeframes (which makes the signals more powerful).

Sell above RSI 70. Shorter timeframes will give you more trades, but smaller profit per trade. With longer timeframes, you'll be trading less often, but with higher profits per trade.

All of these conditions must be met for a buyable dip in $TQQQ (or anything else) on any timeframe (price action is fractal): - RSI below 30 - Price below VWAP (same on all timeframes!) - Price below 20 MA - 20 MA below a relatively flat 200 MA

@spotted_model Brake rotors look really rough, even for 2022. Where has it been sitting? My 2022, 36k-mile Model Y rotors still look brand new.

This Air Grand Touring was $154,900 new and you can save $100,000 buying it used with just 5700 miles just a few years later at Audi Flatirons near Boulder, CO. Holy depreciation 🤯
