بارش سے بچنے کیلئے ایک پیٹرول پمپ پر کھڑا انتظار کر رہا تھا کہ اچانک ایک سرکاری گاڑی آئی ڑرائیور اترا اترتے ہی کہا صاحب ابھی پنڈی سے آئے ہیں جلدی سے ڈیزل ڈال دے زدہ رک رک کر ڈالنا بارش ہے کیا پتا صاحب کو واپس پنڈی جانا پڑھ جائے۔ پیٹرول پمپ والے نے پوچھا کہ سڑک تو بند ہے پھر کیسے پہنچے کہنا لگے اوپر دوسری سائیڈ سے آئے ہیں اس گاڑی کو کیا ہوتا ہے اس سب کے دوران چوبیس ہزار کا ڈیزل گاڑی میں ڈالا جا چکا تھا تو صاحب کے ڈرائیور نے گاڑی کو ہلانا شروع کر دیا ایسی ہلانے چلانے میں ایک ہزار کا ڈیزل مزید گاڑی میں گیا اور اس طرح عوامی ٹیکس کے پیسے سے پچس ہزار کا ڈیزل ڈالا گیا تاکہ صاحب واپس پنڈی جا سکیں۔ یہی وہ عیاشیاں ہیں جنکو ہم نے ختم کروانا ہے جن کیلئے ہم سب کوشش کر رہے ہیں جن کیلئے ہمارے نوجوانوں نے جائیں قربان کر دی ہیں۔ صاحب موسم اینجوئے کرتے کرتے مظفرآباد آئے اور ایسے ہی واپس پنڈی جانا ہے جس پر عوام کے ٹیکس کا پچاس ہزار خرچ آ گیا ہے یہ پیسہ عوامی سہولیات کیلئے بھی لگ سکتا تھا۔ محسن کشمیری
