I keep reading comments that you are getting the run around from the senate. Then perhaps write to the WH and ask President Trump to tell Thune to get this done! I know the president listens to the people. Always. POTUS may be the only one Thune may actually hear. whitehouse.gov/contact/. Be polite and ask for the presidents help. He listens and cares.
