Nice write up Brent! I got to learn from one of the best, a couple ‘secrets’ he shared with me (knew it serious when we spent the 1st 2 hours only talking about wood types & air flow): -select the right brand of pellets. Vast majority are oak based (even if they say something else), & a TON of the major brands get a lot of that oak from scrap pallet wood which can have a ton of nasty chemicals -IF only using salt & pepper, use Malabar #5 pepper. It has more of a floral note than spicy like black pepper. I put it on everything now (great on eggs) -He introduced me to the dry age world…& like you said about good cuts, once you have a great (prime or better) dry age, it’s hard to go back -A cheat code on leaner cuts: have a squirt bottle of warm beef tallow & drizzle right before serving (also incredible w/ eggs) -Short ribs & outside skirt are pound for pound just as good as anything. You can routinely fine choice that can pass for prime or better -I used to dislike strip steaks, but a good dry aged prime strip is my current #1 in the power rankings. Perfect combo of meat to fat. *Love Wagyu but sometimes it’s like eating a stick of butter -The cut (ie ribeye vs ribeye) matters a lot. Easier to explain visually, see pic. I would want 3, 8 also good. Good cap, good inter muscular fat in cap & eye, also not to close to the chuck eye and far enough from the sirloin to avoid the cap gristle, + will hold its shape while cooking

It is notable how very low TFR, below 1.0 is something that has only really begun in the last decade, in 2015, not a single nation was below 1.0, in 2020 only 2 nations had a TFR below 1, Taiwan & South Korea, in 2025, 5 countries were below 1.0, by 2030 it could easily be 10.

I think you will find this interesting…. My Dad is healing colon cancer through a series of protocols that include Ivermectin → He was taking it daily for several months (since November 2025) → Doctors asked him to stop Ivermectin while he was actively doing chemo treatments in February, so he took a couple weeks off, even though he had already been using the Ivermectin & undergoing chemo at the same time → Through a series of blood tests he had tumor markers go down significantly (33% after one month, 50% after 2 months) while on the Ivermectin When he stopped taking it for a few weeks and had to get blood tested again for the same tumor markers…. Guess what? Tumor markers went back up a little bit (see February 27 below) Mind you, the Ivermectin intake was the only part of his healing protocol that changed for that few weeks Then he got back on the Ivermectin and already started seeing the numbers dip down a little bit Coincidence? You tell me….

The CIA knew Tucker was speaking to the Iranian regime. That means that when Trump invited Tucker to the Oval Office multiple times in the lead up to the Iran strike, he knew full well that Tucker was backchanneling information to the Iranians. Essentially Trump seems to have used Tucker as an unwitting counter-intel asset, to convince Khamenei that he was bluffing, that nothing would happen. Trump was basically able to kill Khamenei thanks to Tucker's arrogance. Now Tucker's also legally fucked.
