How stupid! Net worth = Assets minus Liabilities—not a number you pull from a pile of transactions. A P100 million in cash with P99 million in debt/loans will leave you with just a P1 million net worth. A decade’s worth of bank transactions is not equal to bank balance. Bank transactions are a history of movement, not a snapshot of wealth. This is the same stupidity peddled by Trillanes for the longest time. No one with elementary arithmetic fundamentals is buying this sloppy, recycled script. Today’s HOR hearing is a compelling case to require basic math as a prerequisite for public office.
