I genuinely believe people look better at a healthy weight but it doesn’t stop me wanting to be underweight is so weird

It’s so hard to do long fasts while working in a restaurant not even the temptation it’s litch just so hard to serve people when you feel like you’re gonna pass out😔😔 so idk whether to omad on work days or continue fasting
