Another blow for VFL club Northern Bullants. Cramer St has been overlooked as a venue for the Northern league finals, costing the Ants much-needed revenue.

@PaulAmy375 Played for the Allies team at the multi cultural footy tournament Nations Footy Cup in February at Diggers Rest. Team included Prime Train, Cam Pedersen, Ethan Mantas,Jake Bowd and was coached by Sein Clearihan and Vinnie Turcinovich.

VFL debut tomorrow for Western Bulldogs mid-season draft selection Zac Walker, lining up against the Swans at Tramway Oval. The Phillip Island product has been named at CHB. Go Zac.

With the local council putting restrictions on North Port Oval, Frankston has scooped up more VFL broadcast matches. Kinetic Stadium will welcome the C7 cameras in Round 15, 18, 19 and 20. Whitten Oval the venue for Round 16 and 17.

@Nathan3Burke Carn Nathan. The Allies love the big stage we just knocked off two Italian sides and The World twice on the road to glory in the Nations Footy Cup tournament last weekend and the rivalry was fierce and uncompromising.Some love us some hate us that's life.

AFL State of Origin can’t include Allies or Indigenous All Stars or other states besides Victoria and South Australia. It MUST be more than just a spectacle involving good players. Rivalry, bragging rights even hatred is what makes S of O work. Only Vic v SA can bring that.

@localfooty Like North Sunshine in WFNL would Nunawading be better suited entering a competition where there is a Thirds competition to keeping going as a club and hopefully reset and become a senior and reserves team again in the future.

This was Australian gun culture in the 80s. You could go to a sports store, equivalent of Rebel Sport, and buy a shotgun off the rack and boxes of cartridges. This blokes a copper, not me, but it was open to everyone. We didn’t go around blasting people.

The AFL Rookie list continues to be broken with experienced players Gunston(Hawthorn) and Pink (North Melbourne) delisted from main list then promised to be drafted on rookie list. The rookie list wasn't created as a salary cap balancing holding area.
