This is as true as that God lives." But the Bible says this: Polygamy is contrary to the created order of marriage, "The two shall be one flesh." The Old Testament states that kings shall not multiply wives.  They did it anyway and it caused problems. Jesus spoke of marriage between a husband and a wife...not wives.  A simple reading of the Bible, and I've read it several times, shows us that polygamy was never commanded, but when it was practiced, it brought trouble.  In the New Testament we are told that a church overseer can only be the husband of one wife.  This simple command made Joseph Smith a false unbiblical church leader. Mormonism's attempt to make polygamy sound like it is supported by the Bible is a big fail.  In fact, the main reason which led to the death of Joseph Smith was his secret practice of polygamy which was being exposed by a newspaper.  He had the printing press destroyed which led to his arrest and death. He lied in a speech, denying having multiple wives, fifteen days before he had the newspaper destroyed.   In the same speech, Joseph Smith boasted that he was greater than Jesus at holding a church together.  He was shot dead one month and one day after lying that he did not have multiple wives and blaspheming God by saying he was greater than Jesus at holding a church together.  Joseph Smith and Brigham Young are false prophets. The deceived do not know they are living under the deception.

BREAKING: Iran says the US has agreed to pay $300 billion in reconstruction funds directly to Iran as part of the deal Pakistan announced, alongside the release of $24 billion in frozen funds with $12 billion released before negotiations even start, per Mehr News. This directly contradicts Trump's & Vance's claim that no funds will be transferred to Iran at all. If Trump denies this is true, there never was a deal. If Trump confirms, the US has fully capitulated to Iran's demands.
