There is a dusting of new snow on the runs. The colder temperatures have improved the beginners area which is also helping the snow factory. We will be open at the weekend please remember to book your lift passes and rental on line.

We have lost some snow overnight, the runs are now thin and icy in places. Tows operating are E2, E1, Grouse, Magic Carpets and Kestrel. Access roads are clear.

Tows expected to open on Sunday: Eagle1 Eagle 2, Grouse, both Magic Carpets, Chairlift ( weather permitting) and Kestrel. All have good snow cover, some ar narrow in places. Access roads are clear at 4pm. Remember to book your lift passes and rental on line.

Sorry folks ski hire is fully booked for today there we cannot cater for any walk ins. The hill is looking good all runs have been groomed. Weather, it looks like it will be a fine day, light winds and +2c

Road from Tomintoul is OPEN. Road from Strathdon is remaining closed due to drifting snow.

At last we have managed to have enough snow to open the bigger runs. We plan to have the Magic Carpets, Kestrel, Grouse and Eagle operating. All are complete with good cover maybe a bit narrow in places. The good news is it is snowing at the moment.

Access roads are now open. We have had some fresh snow overnight and it looks like we will manage to open more lifts for the weekend. We will keep you posted.
