Ms. Mueller’s fourth grade students work in groups on an application problem. They show their understanding through drawings and equations. Lastly, they write a sentence with their results. #mustangpride

Ms. Lone’s fourth graders at River Heights work on math application problems in small groups. Every day students are placed in new groups and work together to complete tasks. 🧮 🧐 ➕➖

Mrs. Weber facilitated a thinking task with second graders at Knapp Elementary. Students were challenged to make pentominoes. A pentomino is a polygon made of 5 equal-sized squares connected edge to edge. The second graders discovered all twelve pentominoes. Can you?
