As President, I would read 10 letters a day sent to me by ordinary Americans. At the Obama Presidential Center, we’ll have some of the letters I read — and responded to — every night. I still get emotional reading them, and it’s one of my favorite exhibits.

A few things that shouldn't get lost in the excitement:
- Bradish shoved again. 6 IP, 5 H, 1 ER
- Alonso goes 2 for 2 with an RBI in extras and 3 for 5 with a walk on the game. .882 OPS in May, 1.119 OPS last five games
- This team can really go 1st to 3rd. Athletes everywhere

The Orioles had 11 hard-hit balls (95+ mph exit velo) in tonight's loss. They went 2-for-11 on them, including outs on the following: - A Jackson Holliday lineout with an xBA of .840 - A Blaze Alexander lineout with an xBA of .760 - A Pete Alonso groundout with an xBA of .620

@tiga_style I have been running forever and have a similar form problem, which led to a knee issue. Went to running focused PT and she recommended a cue to remind myself to land my feet behind me. Cue is a metronome on my Garmin, set for 180 cadence, every 4th step. Works so well for me!

Been trying to clean things up a bit, mainly getting more comfortable with a slight forward trunk lean instead of sitting back so much.
Treadmill has been a helpful tool for getting reps in and feeling that position, but still plenty to work on!

It’s one game but I was really encouraged by the approach tonight. Swings looked shorter. Approaches looked less all or nothing.
