@northernassist I know it calls at Ince after Appley Bridge, 3 stations further down the line ! I travel twice a week on this service. However the app is still not accurate.

@looeeezzcee It calls at Ince after Appley Bridge. It was running only from Ince but has since then been cancelled unfortunately. The next one from Appley Bridge to Manchester is at 0953.

@northernassist That makes no sense at all. My journey on the app states from Appley Bridge to Manchester. Not from Ince, It’s 3 stations further down the line. The Southport to Manc service isn’t running! Wigan to Manc is, that’s different!

@northernassist as the app keeps changing, I’m unable to see if the 08:56 from Appley Bridge to Manchester will be running, with all trains before that being cancelled. Can you advise if this is due to go ahead or not?

@northernassist any update on when the train currently sat looking over Castlefield Bowl will eventually get to Deansgate. The conductor says he has no info. Apparently it’s a build up of traffic at Oxford Road? Should have arrived at Deansgate at 09:13, now 09:48. Grim as hell!

@northernassist cancelled trains and delays of over 30 mins yesterday due to ‘issues’ around Appley Bridge. Interestingly your delay repay service has rejected my claim because the ticket I’ve purchased and shared with you isn’t sufficient? What else do you need. This is a delay tactic to stop paying out what you are entitled to do so and it’s wrong!!! My ref is NT-0560-821-347. I don’t want to have this rejected again for providing you with the correct information. This is every single time and I’m beyond bored of it now.

@northernassist It’s a weekly ticket. I’ve provided a copy of the purchase receipt email and screenshots of the ticket from the app. Apparently this isn’t enough evidence of purchase or travel on the day.
