@ArtfulSci @penelopejburns Hey thanks for the feedback! My initial draft included jazz but I decided to keep it simple. Jazz is more of a halfway point I think, as there are definite theoretical structures in place, and jazz heads seem to be fairly particular about this (excluding maybe free jazz).

@luketurnerdev @penelopejburns Don't forget jazz! EXCELLENT post. I used to play music for an improv theatre group and we rehearsed diligently every week. If only I'd had this post to show them when people asked "if it's improv how do you rehearse?"
