@GrantSlatton I didn't get the impression; for some of the most important plot beats, in the back of my mind I was wondering how long it must've taken in universe. I was subconsciously filling the time skips, I guess. Haven't read the book tho, maybe I'll think differently after I do.

i enjoyed project hail mary, but my biggest criticism is they did not convey time well in the book, the protagonists are working together for like 5 months movie makes it seem like a week or two reduces the plausibility of the bond they develop
