Take your time to get to know people before you build attachment, this applies to friendships & Romantic Relationships, a lot of people get hurt cause they follow the same pattern, honeymoon phase, no boundaries, over extending & codependence, then a breakup. It's not healthy.

Seeing how much the world accepts that it’s impossible to move on after watching CPR really makes me think about how we (medical professionals, especially those who work in Emergency departments) are expected to just move on immediately after a code.
