@m_icequeen Mentality on our mind is always a mystery. Quite complex indeed. You thought you feel okay alrdy but the next day that sense of feelings or pain returns to you again.

Isn't it funny how our brain and emotions can trick us? We may feel okay at one moment, with logical thinking, but suddenly, all the ignored feelings come rushing in, causing us pain. 💔 Ironically, emotions come from brain. But how could you justify the conflict? 🙃

@m_icequeen I have traveled that path. I was born highly empathetic. As a child I only knew sadness. It would take me most of my life to understand I was taking on the pain and sadness of those less able to bear it. It is a gift I hold close to my heart. Empathy.
