If you voted provisionally because you have proof of your voter registration but they couldn’t find you on the rolls Tuesday, bring that proof into Election Central by noon on the 18th for your vote to count.

In Monroe County, if you forgot your ID and had to vote provisionally, you have until then to bring your ID into Election Central at 401 W. 7th St. and call for more information 812-349-2690

You still need to take action to ensure those votes count however. Please resolve issues with your provisional ballot.

Right now, a deficit of 37 votes separates Democrat Penny Githens from Dave Hall in the Indiana 62, and that vote tally doesn’t include provisional ballots and therefore isn’t final. If you voted provisionally, those votes won’t be determined until noon on November 18th.

Read and Share: If you voted a provisional Ballot on Election Day in Monroe County, you need to go to the Board of Elections to ensure your vote counts.
