I do not see any probability of one third reservation of seats for women before 2029 in the Parliament, in view of political complexities, such as, the interplay between population, economic development, census and delimitation and also the restrictive constitutional provisions. While women today are an aspirational vote bank to be stake holders in national growth It could happen only if in the 2029 general elections make way for a government with two thirds majority which has the wisdom of finding the right balance between all factors mentioned above.
