The importance of choosing the right location when opening a store

Imagine the cups as shops🥤=🏪 stores situated at the very edge of a T-junction (corner piece) can get more sales than shops in between streets on the same lane/line. T junction gives a 2-3-way visibility. Psychologically the humans (especially those on motion) see that last place as last resort to grab the opportunity before leaving the area, so they stop by. The shop at the Tjunction is also situated in such a way that you can’t miss it, even when coming from different angles of the road. Other rival stores selling the same commodity, but on the same lane (in-between buildings) will struggle for visibility coz they fall in the line of relative speed and motion of Their potential customers. Your visual accommodation might miss them easily despite their visible billboards… except they’re highly sought after.
