a) getting through a series of brutal shifts successfully, and
b) choosing to take the next week off with burnout because after 7 and a bit years of a harder and harder job it’s time to look after myself 🫶

Ticketmaster are an absolute disgrace. Get in to buy tickets for oasis at murrayfield. It then says confirming tickets and never gave me any, then punts me out and puts me to the back of the queue
